We recently did the next to last phases of our condo renovations – upgrading two bathrooms and replacing the kitchen floor with new tile. We made our purchases through Home Depot and the work was done by Total Mechanical Systems and WE COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE HAPPIER! Michael, the salesman, was very thorough in presenting options and helping us with our decisions re the project. Tyler O and Dan J did the actual work and were fantastic! They arrived on time each day, worked steadily to complete the work in the promised time, and treated the job as if they were working in their own homes. Their attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. Thank you Tyler and Dan – we love our new bathrooms and kitchen floor! And thanks to Christine – my phone contact – who helped keep the project organized and moving. We would definitely use TMS again.

I contracted to have Total Mechanical Systems change my bathtub area into a walk-in shower. They came and measured and told me what I needed for flooring and the size of my shower. They did the job in just two days with little inconvenience. They were courteous and hard working. I love my new shower! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Remodeling one of our full bathrooms. Very efficient and professional team from the start consultation to the end cleanup. To add to the experience the capacitor on my central air conditioner went out the day before the work started. The workers worked well together and were able to answer any and all questions we had. I would absolutely recommend Total Mechanical Systems.

All I have to say is awesome awesome awesome. I went through home depot to remodel my bathroom about three weeks ago. TMS is the contractor and they sent Andrew. Not only is he down to earth, honest, and totally educated in his products, he was patient in waiting for me to tend to my elderly father in between the meeting. I have never signed with a contractor without waiting a couple of days until now. You judge a company by your employees well TMS you have yourself a total winner. Highly recommend. Go cowboys!!

To be fair I did not have an installation done - strictly because I won’t decide under pressure - the option was to save almost 5k by committing immediately at the time of consultation (I still had 2 other vendors coming the same day to consult). But 5 stars for Brandon- he was on top of his game!
